Cegos UK, part of Europe’s largest learning and development company, has appointed John McCann as senior consultant.
John will oversee the development and quality of training practices among Cegos’ key customers across a range of industry sectors including healthcare and technology.
John brings more than 10 years’ international business experience to Cegos as a consultant, coach and trainer.
John was previously senior business development manager at Spearhead Training in Dubai where he managed a multicultural sales team and a diverse portolio of local and international customers in the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to this, he was a regional manager and business consultant at Edge Innovative Learning International where his responsibilities included coaching senior executives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
“All of our consultants are not just training experts but also have relevant commercial experience which I believe is a crucial mix in the training industry today and results in greater value for customers. John brings a wealth of international experience to Cegos and I am delighted he has become part of our team,” said Francis Marshall, Managing Director of Cegos UK.
The appointment reflects Cegos’ commitment to working in partnership with prospective and existing customers to develop the most appropriate blend of training practices.
