Network Rail senior managers’ bonuses have been approved, despite criticism from industry regulators.
Although the Office of Rail Regulation has been vocal in its criticism of executive pay within the industry, Network Rail’s AGM, held yesterday, saw 71% of members approve executive remuneration.
While chief executive Iain Croucher is to forgo his bonus, other executives stand to benefit by more than £300,000, on top of their base salaries.
