Gillian Fox has joined Friends Provident as HR director. She joins from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was a senior business partner for five years. Fox will be responsible for leading Friends Provident’s HR function, building a cost-effective HR proposition aligned to the business strategy.

Fleet management company Zenith Provecta has appointed Marisa Jerrison as group HR manager. Jerrison has overall responsibility for all HR and employee development matters relating to the employees at both the Leeds and Reading offices. She will also be responsible for recruitment. Jerrison has more than 20 years of experience working in HR and development roles in professional services, with her former employers including Next, Hammonds and Hammondsdirect.
