Marcus Underhill and Allen Wu join Thomsons Online Benefits to strengthen global employee benefit consulting team

Marcus Underhill and Allen Wu, have joined leading reward provider Thomsons Online Benefits to strengthen their global employee benefit consulting team.


Marcus Underhill has been appointed as Global Reward Director and is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts in flexible benefits globally.  He previously worked at Vebnet and Mercers. Allen Wu has been appointed as Regional Reward Director for the Asia Pacific region and has more than 20 years of employee benefits consulting experience in Asia and North America. His most recent position was in China where he developed and built a team of pension and employee benefit consultants for a major consulting firm.   


Marcus will be based in London and will have overall responsibility for Thomsons’ global reward consulting strategy to clients. Allen will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for developing reward strategies for Thomsons’ new and existing clients in Asia.
