Office Angels release Peak Performers

by Personnel Today 29 Oct 2008
by Personnel Today 29 Oct 2008

Peak Performers, the third in a series of human resource toolkits has been released today by Office Angels.

Designed to help smaller businesses without access to Human Resources, the toolkit provides guidance on how to nurture strong employees and identify proficient workers from the outset.

Following 2005s Start As You Mean To Go On, and 2006s The Key to Success, Peak Performers can be used as a starting point to give practical advice on identifying performance personalities of strong employees and developing structures to ensure they reach their full capability.

Commenting on the Peak Performers toolkit, David Clubb Managing Director of Office Angels states: “The first two toolkits we launched had such a positive impact; we wanted to continue helping small to medium businesses with Office Angels’ recruitment and human resource management know-how.

At Office Angels we believe that a companys success is built on its people and that an employer’s biggest asset is their staff. Its important for SME’s to remember that a job is a two-way relationship.

Getting the most from your star employees isn’t about working them so hard they lose interest andandecome jaded. Employers need to think smartly and cleverly to ensure all staff perform at their personal peak, whilst keeping them happy at the same time.”
