On the move: Debbie Taylor, Lesley Clare and Brad Taylor

Target Chartered Accountants has appointed Debbie Taylor in the newly-created role of HR director. Taylor will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s HR strategy, from recruitment to people management and development. Her appointment comes as the firm embarks on a major recruitment drive. For the past three years she has been an independent HR consultant.

Lesley Clare has joined community leisure provider Freedomleisure as head of HR, having previously been HR manager at BAE Systems. Clare’s new responsibilities will include ensuring that the HR function supports the business objectives, and devising and delivering the HR strategy.

CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) has promoted Brad Taylor to head of HR. Taylor was previously an HR business partner at CIMA, and will oversee the global alignment of HR processes in each of the organisation’s international offices.
