Managers working in Birmingham are set to discover how they can help their organisations become more innovative thanks to a thought-provoking new seminar from Wright Solutions.

Wright Solutions, the Midlands leading HR recruitment and training specialists, will present the seminar on May 7th to members of Birmingham Forward, the organisation representing the city’s professional and financial services sector.

Entitled “Insight, Ideas and Innovation – The Beating Heart of the Modern Organisation”, the event will give managers an insight into how they can play a pivotal role in helping their businesses create dynamic and innovative working environments.

 Paul Wright, Managing Director of Wright Solutions explained;

“Much has been written recently about the credit crunch and the slowing economy. As market conditions become more challenging, it is essential for organisations to adopt innovative approaches.

“The seminar draws on proven research and will provide delegates with essential tips on how they can challenge current working practices and encourage innovation throughout their organisations. We are delighted to be given this latest opportunity to support Birmingham’s business community”.
