TalentTracker launches rewards calculator

by Personnel Today 13 Mar 2008
by Personnel Today 13 Mar 2008

Logical Innovations, UK provider of TalentTracker online recruitment software has announced an innovative new feature to help businesses attract candidates to a particular job vacancy.

The Rewards Calculator module allows candidates to understand the true value of the total package that might be available to them.

By entering key criteria on which the package is calculated e.g. location, position and contracted hours, a candidate can quickly find out exactly whats on offer.

The rewards calculator is placed on a companys careers website which allows candidates to work out their individual indicative package before applying for the role.

The calculator can display an extensive list of benefits such as pension scheme, management bonus, car allowance, holiday entitlement or many additional benefits which could help attract a candidate and which might otherwise have never been communicated at this critical stage in the process.

This feature helps businesses attract candidates and filter out unsuitable applications by communicating a clear salary package and key benefits before the application is submitted, and is particularly beneficial for hard to fill roles.

The calculator can also ensure that all candidates are treated equally and fairly from the outset.

This module can also be used for internal recruitment helping to make reward schemes totally transparent throughout a business.

Furthermore this feature can be used across all vacancies or selected vacancies that are appropriate for a rewards package.

The rewards calculator is an available option with all TalentTracker online recruitment systems and can also be added to existing TalentTracker systems.

The calculator can also be tailored to meet individual business requirements and to communicate individual vacancy benefits.

TalentTracker online recruitment systems are designed for medium to large size businesses and help to automate the entire recruitment process.

Logical Innovations Managing Director, David Buchanan commented:

“We have already successfully implemented the Rewards Calculator for leading UK businesses. It is an ideal mechanism to help businesses attract the right candidates by communicating clearly to applicants everything that the role has to offer to them”.

“It can help companies to position themselves ahead of their competitors by communicating to the applicant why they should work for their business and not someone elses”.
