On the move: Graham White, Andre Roux, David Smith

Graham White has been appointed director of HR at Westminster City Council. His responsibilities will include establishing a positive people management culture. White was previously head of HR and organisational development at Surrey County Council, and has experience across the public and private sectors.

Logistics provider Schenker has appointed André Roux as HR director. He joins the company from Kuehne & Nagel. Roux will be overseeing a new company-wide training and induction programme.

David Smith has been appointed group HR director of mutual insurance and investment group LV= (formerly Liverpool Victoria). Smith joins LV= from Virgin Atlantic, where he was head of HR. He will be responsible for the HR strategy and business partner support.
