On the move

Gillian Hibberd has taken on the role of corporate director (people and policy) at Buckingham­shire County Council. She will lead a new service that combines organisational development, HR and police and performance. Previously, she was corporate director (OD and human resources) at the council.

Dominic Scarlett has joined insurance brokerage firm Arthur J Gallagher (UK) as HR and development director. He will be tasked with all aspects of HR, training and development. He leaves Royal Mail, where he was head of HR for its commercial division.
