Bob Blenkinsop has been appointed as executive director of HR at Ford Motor Company. Blenkinsop has 16 years’ experience in HR at Ford, and is currently HR manager at the Dagenham Estate.

Kate Garland has joined Health & Case Management, the rehabilitation adviser, as head of HR and development. Garland joins from Carr-Gomm housing charity, where she was head of HR.

Pauline Tarrant has joined Ikea’s Bristol store as HR manager. Tarrant was previously head of personnel at Brecon Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergen Corporation.
