Pharmaceuticals giant AstraZeneca UK has appointed Viv Meredith as the new lead HR business partner for operations, dealing with production and supply. She joined AstraZeneca from The Co-operative Bank in 1998 as HR manager for site services and research and development.

Sharon Benson has been promoted from head of HR to HR director at pharmaceuticals company Trinity-Chiesi. Benson joined the company two years ago as HR manager.

Dick Parkhouse has been appointed to the newly created role of change director at Co-operative Financial Services (CFS). Parkhouse was previously change delivery director at Barclaycard.
