Richard Fuller has been promoted to director of HR at Threadneedle Investments. He will oversee the provision of HR services to employees in the UK and Europe, including recruitment, employee relations, reward, training, management development, HR systems and payroll. Fuller was previously head of HR for Threadneedle’s London office.
Glen Walker has been appointed head of HR at the national charity Action for Blind People. He will report directly to the chief executive and lead the HR and training functions in the UK. Walker has an extensive background in the public and not-for-profit sector, and was previously head of HR at Look Ahead Housing and Care.
First ScotRail has recruited Fiona Irvine as HR director. Irvine will take responsibility for the train operator’s HR, learning and development and internal communication functions. She was formerly interim head of reward at Lloyds TSB.
