Chris Archer has been promoted to head of practice at HR recruitment consultancy Macmillan Davies Hodes. Archer joined the group in 2003 after working at Carr-Lyons HR Solutions. Caroline Battson has also been promoted to head of practice for Hodes Interim, with specific responsibility for managing and growing the interim business in the group.
ITN television company has appointed Hazel MacGough as HR director. She joins from SMG Television, where she was head of HR.
Rachel Court will become the first female general manager at Yorkshire Building Society. She will have sole responsibility for HR after working in a range of roles across the society.
