Community housing provider Taff Housing Association has appointed Juliet Mainwaring as head of HR. Mainwaring, a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has previously worked within HR at Newport Council, the Vale of Glamorgan Council and the United Welsh Housing Association. She now joins Taff Housing from Cardiff County Council.
Accident assistance firm Helphire Group has appointed Tim Williams as managing director, HR & training. He joins the company with more than 20 years’ experience gained across the financial, pharmaceutical and the cosmetics industries. He has held a number of senior management posts with Cadbury Schweppes, HSBC, Cardinal Health and Revlon.
Diane Foster has been appointed HR director at Flamingo International, an international market research group with offices in London, San Francisco and Singapore. She was previously HR director at Bannock Consulting and Andersen Corporate Finance.
