Training managers at Jaguar LandRover have cut course authoring time down by between 80 and 90 percent since adopting the Mohive enterprise rapid e-learning software last year, according to latest data coming out of JLR’s training operation. The content creation and approval process, which routinely took anything from five to ten weeks, is now on track to take just five days.
News of the dramatic time savings comes twelve months after JLR’s decision to streamline its content processes and adopt one single e-learning solution for all learning content suppliers across all of JLR’s markets worldwide. After undergoing a rigorous selection process, the operation’s learning and development leaders have been fast-tracking the roll-out of the Mohive solution.

Mohive’s people have been supporting the global roll-out by hosting a number of workshops for JLR’s content creation companies in the UK and around the world: and JLR’s content creation agents are already starting to see the rewards in the reduction of the time it takes to get their content to market.
JLR has the ambition to develop courses in five days and to this end, expects that its entire UK and international course portfolio will be created on Mohive by the middle of the year.
