HR consultancy Aon claims smoking ban offers opportunity for bar owners to train staff in wine tasting

Your local boozer might turn into a sophisticated wine bar once the smoking ban comes into effect on 1 July.

HR consultancy Aon said there was an opportunity for savvy bar owners to train staff in how to pick out a crisp Pinot Grigio or recommend the best English vintage to please a new set of customers coming into smoke-free pubs.
