2007 was a record year for employee involvement specialist Involve, which recorded a record £4.8m turnover, added a wealth of new blue-chip clients, won industry awards and successfully rebranded – from The Eventworks.
TNS, E.ON, npower, ING, ITV and O2 were among the many organisations that chose to work with Involve for the first time in 2007. These businesses have supplemented a client list that already boasted the likes of AXA, GE, Coors, GSK and RBS.

Managing director of Involve, Jeremy Starling, explains: “Tomorrow’s great businesses will be involved businesses – who recognise that the battleground today is people power; finding more potent, pioneering and faster ways to help your people make a difference and move in unison.”
“Too many employee conferences are wasted opportunities and too many change programmes expensive failures. Our strong 2007 is proof of the positive ROI businesses get from working with Involve and having employees who get it, get on with it and get there faster.”
