Acas publishes updated disciplinary and grievance code of practice

An
updated Code on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures has now been published by
the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas).

It
now includes information on the statutory dismissal and grievance procedures
which, with the Acas code,
come into force on 1 October 2004.
