Margaret Hodge, formerly employment minister, becomes minister of state for industry and the regions.
Ian McCartney becomes minister of state for trade, investment and foreign affairs.
Jim Fitzpatrick becomes parliamentary under secretary for employment relations and the minister for London. He will have responsibility for maximising potential in the workplace; better regulation and conciliation service Acas.
