Customer contact centre beCogent has promoted HR director Jackie Lowe to the board of the Airdrie-based company. Lowe joined beCogent in October 2005 and her role has been to align its people initiatives with its business strategy.
Martin Moore has joined the Royal Mail Group as head of personnel and organisation development with the Post Office. He was previously head of HR at the British Museum.
Stephen Hall, vice-president HR at Metronet, is to leave the consortium improving the assets of the London Underground network and infrastructure. Hall returns to a board-level position within a major construction company.
