Sixty managers at West Midland charities and not-for-profit organisations will soon get free management skills training.
The West Bromwich Building Society (WBBS) and Harris Associates have teamed-up to develop and deliver the training which will enable delegates to qualify for an NVQ in management skills.

WBBS general manager Paul Turner said: “Management training courses are often extremely expensive, and for voluntary organisations, these costs can be prohibitive. And, no matter what the profession, we all face a very competitive and demanding world, where the standard of management can be the difference between success and failure.”
The programme will be part-funded by the European Social Fund.
