Carron Energy Recruitment (CER) launched as global energy manpower specialist

Carron Energy has announced a unique joint venture with SRD Recruitment, to be called Carron Energy Recruitment (CER), to provide manpower and undertake specialist recruitment worldwide.  The service will be 100% dedicated to energy, and unlike other manpower companies will be backed up by the unrivalled specialist experience of Carron Energy’s top team.

As well as their core business services of permanent and term contract placement; flexible contract hire and pay-rolling and recruitment outsourcing and HR support, CER place particular emphasis on strategic problem-solving, such as helping companies balance their ratios of contract to permanent staff, bridge succession development gaps.  CER also provides a valuable global network of high profile contacts especially at middle and executive management level.
Commenting on the announcement, Alex Lambie, Chairman of Carron Energy, said:

“The joint venture brings together the energy sector know-how of Carron Energy with the specialised recruitment knowledge of SRD recruitment, to create a unique and focused manpower company to serve the energy industry across the globe.

The creation of this new division of Carron Energy is one step on the way to delivering the new Carron Energy portal which will be a centre for excellence in energy, including managing its own assets and building a specialist energy business in the sub 100MW sector.”

David Carney, Director of CER added:
