Personnel Today‘s news team will be at the event in Manchester, reporting live. The session is expected to be introduced by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) chief executive Jackie Orme, and will look at HR’s purpose post-recession. A new research project ‘Next Generation HR’, which explores emerging HR practice, will be unveiled.
