Course type not in graduate recruiters’ selection

According to The Graduate Labour Market in London, only 61 per cent of recent graduates said they developed time management skills as a result of their course.

About the same number (68 per cent) said they developed written communication skills through their studies, while 62 per cent said it helped them to become problem-solvers.

The study also examined the employment status of graduates by ethnic background.

It found 76 per cent of white and Irish recent graduates were in full-time employment compared with 63 per cent of black graduates and 69 per cent of Asian graduates.
