Bristol-based Creative Metier has announed that it is partnering the Women’s World Banking Centre for Microfinance Leadership in a contract to deliver executive coaching to CEOs and senior leaders drawn from the 200 top microfinance institutions worldwide and from Women’s World Banking’s own membership.
This significant contract win will see Creative Metier providing a coaching program each year for the next three years to institutions from Latin America, , the Middle East, North Africa and Central and South East Asia.
The Center for Microfinance Leadership was recently establihsed by Women’s World Banking with the generous support of the Mastercard Foundation to promote world-class leadership management practices thoughout the microfinance sector. As one of the Center’s founding partners, Creative Metier has been working alongside the prestigious Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvannia who are delivering two of the Advanced Leadership and Women in Leadership Programs prior to the delivery of Creative Metier’s Coaching Program.
Creative Metier’s innovative online resources v-interactive and v-interactive 100 have been customised for the Progam and translated into Spanish for use by delegates in Latin America.
