How long?
The DHRM is a 24 months part time programme. Attendance during is one afternoon/evening per week during each academic year (30 weeks).
Entry requirements
For graduates and non graduates who are mature and experienced
Line managers who have a role in human resource management in their own organisation
Modules
The course is modular in structure. The first year consists of the modules which make up the Certificate in Management course (see separate course entry). The modules which make up the second year of the course cover the following subject areas:
People Management and Development
People Resourcing
Learning and Development
Employee Reward
Employee Relations
Management Report. and CPD
The Management Report is a 12-month, self-managed module. You will need to choose an organisation-based personnel issue, which is real, complex and broadly based. You will investigate this issue, utilising the skills and knowledge gained throughout the DHRM
