It highlights more than 30 "A-list" countries where risk to the business traveller is outside the scope of insurance policies, such as Lebanon, Russia and Bolivia.

Irish e-learning company PrimeLearning.com is introducing two management and customer care courses based on Gower Publishing’s curricula. The two companies entered a strategic alliance earlier this year. PrimeManager and PrimeCustomer Care are Internet-based, and courses feature on-line mentoring, news feeds, scheduled chat rooms and virtual classes.
