Fortnum & Mason appoints Asperity to re-launch staff voluntary benefits

Staff at Fortnum & Mason are to benefit from a new package of voluntary benefits and shopping discounts arranged by provider Asperity Employee Benefits.

The new scheme, called Fortnums300 to reflect the retailer’s Tercentenary includes discounts on a wide range of products and services including general shopping, home and care insurance, mobile phones and broadband.

The discounts are available by a customised website and also a brochure distributed to all staff.
Cathy O’Neill, director of HR for Fortnum & Mason said “We wanted a benefit programme that included a wide  of choice so there was something for everyone. Asperity have provided that and by making offers available online, on the phone and also in the high street through discounted vouchers, they have made sure that they are accessible to all of our staff.”

Asperity’s managing director Glenn Elliott said “We’re really delighted to be working with such as prestigious brand as Fortnum & Mason and it’s great to deliver part of their 300th anniversary programme with a product designed explicitly for their hard working staff. Reward Gateway is demonstrating real success in retail environments with large and small retailers commissioning customised programmes from us.”

Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform is the UK’s only integrated voluntary benefits platform consolidating online, telephone and local discount offers into a single programme with full management information, reporting and employee communications.
