Gemma Dale is an experienced HR director, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and a regular speaker and writer on a variety of HR topics including employee engagement, flexible working and wellbeing. She is the author of “Flexible Working” as well as a range of e-books about HR and wellbeing and a lecturer in the Business School at Liverpool John Moores University where she teaches employment law, human resources and employability skills. She also runs her own business, The Work Consultancy where she focuses on policy development, flexible working and wellbeing.
