Tuesday 30 March 11:00am BST

The past year has meant different things to different employers. Some have witnessed huge shifts in demand, for better or for worse, but for most organisations it’s meant doing things differently. Every organisation has had to change the way it operates.

Great employers will have used their positive workplace culture to effect change, making the most of the challenge faced. Other businesses have embraced the impact of Covid as a catalyst to become a better place to work – by investing in technology, increasing flexibility and enabling talent.

As we emerge from the worst of the pandemic, how do we sustain the advances we’ve made? Are we ready for rapid growth? Can we maximise the efficiencies we’ve developed?

This Personnel Today webinar, in association with Employment Hero, looks at these questions and more and provides lockdown lessons from two HR professionals and industry experts.

Watch on-demand to see Ben Thompson, CEO at Employment Hero and Sinead Sharpe, HRD at recruitment specialist Staffline join editor Rob Moss to discuss:

  • simple solutions to drive employee resilience
  • how the past year has created opportunities for efficiency
  • how employers can help their staff add value
  • where some of the ongoing challenges may occur and how to combat them.

Our guests will provide real-life examples of how HR has made a difference to staff and how this has translated into business success. From hiring to retiring, no aspect of the employee life-cycle has been untouched by lockdown, and our presenters will be available to take live questions from our audience on how to resolve problems posed by the pandemic.

This 60-minute webinar will include a live Q&A session where attendees can pose their questions.
