HDA, a world class human capital consultancy with almost 30 years’ experience, have provided support on a number of levels to Universal Music, a global leader within the music industry.
As part of our sustained commitment to refining and developing our services and capabilities, a Client Quality Survey is performed every six months, the aim being to establish the views and opinions of the HDA programme.
The results of the survey identified candid feedback from a number of affected Universal Music employees who have been supported through the HDA Career Transition Programme.

The self-employment workshop proved to be extremely useful, as it was a completely new area for me, and threw up a whole range of ideas. I have had two 1:1 consultations so far, and they have been extremely beneficial.
