A Lancashire entrepreneur is launching a unique resource for companies struggling with re-organisations and redundancy.
Edward Nash, whose company Humanita, has carried out jobfinding operations for companies in both the private and public sectors will be opening a new office in Lytham St Anne’s, offering businesses across the county, access to a wealth of advice and services.
Nash, who has forged successful businesses in Outplacement, Career Management, Executive Search and Referral Marketing sets out to share his unrivalled knowledge of outplacement management and jobsearch networking workshops in order to help companies and personnel affected to gain a successful conclusion. Nash believes the new office, titled ‘The Hub’ can help to facilitate this process whilst Humanita’s services can also be delivered into any workplace.
He said: “With unemployment and redundancy prominent in these times, it is important to help local people to survive, where others fail and I am delighted to be able to offer a bespoke service and expert advice to lead people through such a vital stage of their careers.
“I personally revel in helping those with the most difficulty – over 50’s and 60’s, those who are ex-service, and women after career breaks to name just a few.”
Commenting on why the firm differs to recruitment agencies Nash said: “Humanita is entirely different to anything else out there, firstly we establish ourselves as a ‘careers management company’ rather than commission based placing. The team are local, we therefore understand the needs of those in the area and understand regional issues.
