KnowledgePool, the managed learning services company, has been reaccredited as a training provider – for the seventh successive year – by the Institute of IT Training (IITT), the worldwide professional body for IT trainers.
Accreditation by the IITT is an independent verification of the quality of KnowledgePool’s managed learning approach, its training methodology, its course materials and resources, its staff and the measures it has in place to help clients evaluate the learning benefits from training. The Institute accredits training providers annually following an in-depth assessment.
Tony Moss, IITT accreditation consultant, said: “KnowledgePool has firmly established itself in its chosen market and the retention of several large contracts alongside a steady win rate of client business shows that its approach is well regarded. The enthusiasm and drive evident in the company and its continuing commitment to quality and customer focus continues to speak volumes.”
Paul Jefferson, CEO of KnowledgePool, said: “We’re delighted to maintain our status as an IITT-accredited provider. It is an independent assessment of our service provision and it gives clients further assurance of our professionalism and expertise.”
With over 40 years’ experience in the training industry, KnowledgePool is the UK’s leading provider of vendor-independent managed learning services. Working in partnership with in-house L&D teams, KnowledgePool enables clients to achieve their business goals through more efficient and effective learning.
Paul Jefferson said: “We take over responsibility for the day-to-day management of learning, allowing clients the freedom to focus on strategy and policy. We’re large enough to have scale economies but small enough to be customer focused and flexible. As learning specialists, we provide advice on all aspects of learning and access to the broadest range of best-of-breed suppliers. As well as making learning accessible, easy-to-use, fun and rewarding, this enables our clients’ L&D teams to deliver a better return on investment.”
