Kineo’s focus on client satisfaction was recognised by the e-learning industry this week when it was awarded ‘E-learning Company of the Year’ at the prestigious E-learning Age Awards in London.
The E-learning Age awards, now in their fifth year, recognise excellence in the e-learning industry, with some categories having over 27 entries.
The awards were announced at a gala dinner in London on November 6th. In the key category of E-learning Company of the Year, Kineo was chosen as the winner by a panel of judges, comprising experts in the industry.
The judges commented:
‘Kineo employs a fresh approach and has an unrelenting focus on customer development and customer satisfaction. The judges noted outstanding customer feedback.’
Kineo also won a silver award for its rapid e-learning work with Cable&Wireless, an example of its focus on customer satisfaction in action.
Steve Rayson, Kineo Managing Partner, says, “We are very flattered to win this award and be named ‘e-learning company of the year’ by a panel of industry experts. This is a great tribute to the work and dedication of the staff in all of the Kineo offices.”
