Linpac invested in Cezanne’s international HR and talent management software solution more than 2 years ago and it is now deployed across the UK, mainland Europe and America.

The multilingual capability of the software means that when users in different countries log-in all data forms, reports and prompts are in their native language. If the system had only partial language capabilities then we would not have achieved a global roll-out or received buy in at a local level. Local sites track core HR information and align themselves with the Group’s business objectives. Head office track’s global HR information providing us with a clear understanding of how we are achieving against the Group’s business objectives.”
