This course is offered one year full-time or two years part-time at our Ealing Campus. The course is taught in workshop blocks facilitated by experienced tutors but with master classes led by HR practitioners.
Applicants will need a first degree from a recognised UK university or equivalent.
The course consists of two stages: Postgraduate Diploma and Masters.
Modules includes Strategic and International Human Resource Management, Organisational Consultancy, Employment Law, Leading Organisational Transition during Critical Periods, Assessment Centre and Psychometric Development, Managing Professional Development and Performance, Research Methods and the Dissertation.
The course develops participants as advanced practitioners and advisors in HR strategy, policy development and practice, both in the UK and internationally. The course meets the need for senior managers to understand comparative HR in a global environment.
