How long?
This is a two-year part-time course. Classes take place one day a week, usually Thursday afternoons.
Entry qualifications
Candidates need a good honours degree in psychology, or an equivalent, and work experience will be considered.
Modules
There are a number of specified modules students will need to take, including: professional development, leadership and decision-making, organisations and work, psychology of organisational life, selection and assessment, motivation and satisfaction, organisational research methodology and organisational theory and structure.

Career opportunities
This programme covers the psychology of organisational life and managing change. It is suited to those involved in an area of work such as change management, management of training and development, or personnel selection and development, as well as those planning to undertake academic research and training.
