An honours degree (UK lower second class or above) or equivalent in a business related area or other relevant disciplines
Modules
Stage 1 enables a broad based understanding of how organisations operate and the role of specialist functional areas. The need for integration between the functional areas will be made apparent and should be of particular value to you if you are unfamiliar with business and management. Stage 1 Modules:
Strategic Management
Human Behaviour in Organisations
Managing Business Operations
Management Information Skills
Managing People
In Stage 2 you will follow a module specific to International Human Resource Management and choose your elective programme. Stage 2 Modules:
International Human Resource Management
Strategic Human Resource Management
and 1 from:
Managing Innovation and Change
Management and Organisational Learning
In Stage 3 you will undertake Research Methods and a dissertation.
A Personal Development Plan and Personal Effectiveness module runs throughout the programme.
