How much do you pay during maternity and paternity leave?

XpertHR is carrying out a survey of occupational maternity and paternity pay rates offered by UK employers and we would greatly appreciate your help.

The survey covers rates of occupational maternity and paternity pay, eligibility and conditions, treatment of bonuses and annual leave and keeping-in-touch days. We also want to hear what you think about the forthcoming introduction of shared parental leave from April 2015.
