New specialist HR Transformation consultancy launches

by Personnel Today 4 Dec 2008
by Personnel Today 4 Dec 2008

Glass Bead Consulting, a new consultancy firm which advises on HR Transformation and HR Outsourcing, today announces its launch across Europe.

Glass Bead Consulting aims to help organisations transform the way HR is delivered by changing ‘what’ and ‘how’ HR is delivered.

Andrew Spence, Glass Bead Consulting’s founder and Managing Director, comments:

“There is a gap in the market when it comes to specialist HR management consultancies. If HR is to really cement its place on the board, it needs to become much more strategic in outlook, and to effect real change.

“Our experienced consultants offer a thorough assessment of your HR department identifying areas for ‘quick wins’ as well as long-term transformation options.”

Glass Bead Consulting typically works with clients at different stages in the HR Transformation lifecycle, including assessment, vision, planning and implementation, as well as advising on making the business case for change, managing change and project management.

The consultancy works in genuine partnership with clients, providing tools and templates, as well as offering training.

Andrew Spence continues:

“We can help you to work out what HR needs to do, to organise your HR department effectively and to help develop your HR service delivery options.

“Our approach is based on our unique offerings including the HR Transformation Health Check™ and advanced workshops.
