Brian Benneyworth has been promoted to director of HR and performance management at housing and regeneration group LHA-ASRA. He joined the group in September 2007 as group head of HR and admin. His new responsibilities include taking a strategic approach to training and development.

Karen Heather has been appointed director of people and performance at Virgin Atlantic Airways, having been HR director at Monsoon Accessorize. She will be responsible for directing HR – providing business partnership services and expertise across recruitment, engagement, development and retention.
Concrete firm Composite has promoted Anne Harley from deputy company secretary to HR manager. Her new responsibilities will include recruiting senior-level staff for the company’s first regional office.
