Christine Morgan has joined the City of London Corporation local government services as HR director. She takes over from Gary Annels, who has retired early to pursue interim and consultancy work.
Department store retailer Selfridges has appointed Caroline Darker as the new manager of learning and development. Darker, who previously worked for the Kingfisher retail group, will oversee the learning and development strategy for retail and be based at the company’s head office in London.
