On the move

Robin Mills will join catering provider Compass Group UK & Ireland as HR director in March. He will lead a 95-strong team who oversee all HR policy, recruitment, training and development activity for a workforce of 66,000. Currently, Mills is group HR director for high-street retailer Woolworths.

Anke Meier has been promoted to global diversity manager at homecare brands manufacturer Henkel, the first role of its kind at the firm. She will strengthen diversity as a strategic factor for success. Previously she was chief financial officer at the firm.

E-learning group Kineo has appointed Nick Reed as director of operations. He will help implement responsive and high quality rapid e-learning services. Reed was previously head of the blended learning development team at training provider Capita.
