Alison McKenzie-Folan has been appointed head of people services at Wigan Council, where her remit will include HR and payroll services. She was previously deputy director of HR at the Health and Safety Executive.

Ralph Tribe has joined BSkyB as director of business HR, where he will lead business HR teams supporting Sky’s news, sport, entertainment, corporate and online business divisions, as well as employee relations and policy across BSkyB. He was previously director, HR & resourcing at BT Design, a division of BT.

Kate Bradley has been appointed as HR director at Leicester’s hospitals, having previously been director of HR for the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Her priority will be to work in partnership with the local community and other healthcare providers across the city and county.
