EMS Sigma has promoted Anna Nicholson to HR and continuous improvement director. Nicholson joined EMS Sigma as a recruiter in 2003, before being promoted to business development manager. She will be responsible for internal recruitment, staff training and development, and process improvement.

Brad Taylor has been promoted to head of HR at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ (CIMA) global headquarters in London. He was previously an HR business partner and will lead the CIMA’s HR team, while working to enable staff to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
Teri Ellison has been appointed HR director at SAP UK and Ireland, having spent the last two years managing her own HR consultancy. Ellison will be responsible for the recruitment and development needs of 800 staff.
