Francesco Mereu has been appointed a director of Toyota GB, with responsibility of HR, corporate social responsibility and environmental strategy. Mereu was previously with Toyota Motor Europe, where he was senior manager, organisation and executive development.

Morrison Facilities Services has appointed Sara Robertson director for people and organisation development. Robertson was previously with Balfour Beatty as a business strategy manager, working on organisational change in the rail division. Her priorities for the next six months will include communication, development of a suite of policies and processes, and a new performance management process, which will include a commitment to training and development for all staff.
IT and business services provider Logica has promoted Patricia Taylor to director of global HR outsourcing. Previously Logica’s director of HR and payroll services in the UK, Taylor will lead the newly-formed global human capital services (HCS) business to integrate the company’s international HR and payroll delivering services.
