Helen Jarvis has joined Challinors as their first HR director, having previously been HR manager at Fraser Brown. Jarvis will be responsible for creating and implementing an HR strategy and, in the long term, for spearheading a new service offering clients an external HR resource.
Reach has appointed Karen McMillan director of talent. McMillan was previously strategic director at the company. Her new remit will include ensuring that all employees have a positive, engaging and personally fulfilling experience.
Jane Vivier, previously a reward advisor at Kent County Council, has joined the UK Border Agency as senior reward manager. Vivier will be involved with overseeing benefits across the organisation.
