EMI Music has appointed Jenny Bryant to the global role of president, HR. Bryant was previously with Vodafone as interim group HR director. Based at EMI Music’s headquarters in London and reporting to chief executive Elio Leoni-Sceti, Bryant leads the company’s HR function, and is a member of EMI’s executive committee.


Sandhya Sharma has joined the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) as its first organisational development manager. She will be responsible for creating and implementing employee training and development programmes to support CIMA’s international people development strategy. Sharma has worked in HR across a number of public and private sector firms.
