On the move: Jo Rigby, Ann Harper, Emma McCaulay

Jo Rigby has been appointed HR director at the Manchester office of chartered accountants Beever and Struthers. She joins from General Electric, where she was HR director for equipment services. At Beever and Struthers she will provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure the firm complies with all relevant statutory regulations.

Cogent has appointed Ann Harper as skills director. Harper spent four years as a freelance consultant, and will be responsible for workforce development, covering London and south-east and south-west England.

Emma McCauley has joined Newsprinters, a News International subsidiary, as HR manager. McCauley previously held the same post at Hozelock, and will head up the HR function at the company’s new printing facility at Broxbourne.
